Ultram prescription information
Ultram is a prescription medication indicated for the management of moderate to
moderately severe pain. Tramadol, the

combination of tramadol and acetaminophen. Ultracet is a fast-acting pain

Directions
Use this medication exactly as prescribed. Do not increase your dose, use it
more frequently or use it for a longer period of time than prescribed because
the drug can become habit-forming. Do not suddenly stop using this drug without

Precautions
It is important that the doctor has your complete medical history. Consult with
your doctor if you have a kidney disease, liver disease,seizure disorder, lung
